What is your return policy?

Please check sizing charts and size videos before ordering. 

REFUNDS
Within seven days of USPS marking your shipment as "Delivered," you must send an email at info {at} thecolacorporation {dot} com. The email must have the following information: 

*Order number
*Tracking number for the return package, which you pay for at your own expense

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it is in its original condition—unworn and tags intact—we will issue your refund. You will receive an email confirming the refund.

EXCHANGES
There is an $8 fee to get the exchange item to you. Follow all the steps for Refunds, except in your email tell me which items you would like to exchange. The same Refunds rules apply re: timeframes and shipping specifications.

What is your shipping policy?
We ship USPS Ground. All orders come with tracking, except individual sticker packs, which I mail regular first class. Orders ship within two business days. 

My tracking says the package was delivered, but I don't have it. What should I do?
Report the package as missing via the USPS website via this link. The form will ask you for the address of origin. It is:

How should I care for my garments?
Wash cold, gentle, inside out. Hang dry. 

How do your clothes fit?
The standard Cola fit is oversized and boxy. However, products marked unionmade have conventional fit measurements. (For example, the standard Cola tee in Small measures 22" across the chest, while the Small in unionmade is 18".) Each product has a size chart and fit video. Please pay attention to these resources.
